Написано Andr. | Fri, Jan 12 at 03:07am:

Получил вчера от Datek уведомление об изменении с 16.2.01 Rate of Interest. Может ли кто-нибудь дать свои комментарии по этому поводу? Получал ли кто-нибудь аналогичное сообщение?
Спасибо.

Dear Datek Customer,

Legal Notice

On February 16, 2001 Datek Online will implement a new margin interest rate schedule. This is an important legal notice regarding margin interest charges.

You understand that the rate of interest charged to your account is based on the Broker Call Money Rate and that the particular rate will vary from time to time without prior notice due to fluctuations in interest rates or other causes in accordance with the following schedule:

Debit Balance Rate of Interest

$1-$10,000.00 2.00% above Broker Call Rate

$10,000.01-$25,000.00 1.50% above Broker Call Rate

$25,000.01-$50,000.00 1.00% above Broker Call Rate

$50,000.01-$100,000.00 0.50% above Broker Call Rate

$100,000.01-$250,000.00 equal to Broker Call Rate

$250,000.01- $1,000,000.00 0.25% below Broker Call Rate

over $1,000,000.00 0.50% below Broker Call Rate

Interest charges are calculated on the daily net debit balance in your account based upon a sliding scale of percentage above and below
the Broker Call Money Rate. Interest will be posted monthly to your account and is calculated on a 360-day year. The applicable interest
period is from the 16th day of each month to the 15th day of the following month except for the months of December and January. In December, the applicable interest period is from November 16 through December 31, and in January, the applicable interest period is from January 1 through January 15. Any free credit balances will be offset against any debit in the margin account, and interest will be charged on the net debit balance, if any. Interest charged can be verified by using the following formula as noted below:

Average debit balance x interest rate x number of days account was in a debit for the interest period, divided by 360 days. If either the
Debit Balance Schedule or Rate of Interest Schedule above changes and results in an increase to the Rate of Interest, you will be provided
at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to such increase.

The above referenced change modifies the Terms and Conditions of the Customer Agreement. Your continued use of Datek Online's systems and
services will constitute your acceptance, acknowledgement and agreement to be bound by all Terms and Conditions of Datek Online's
Customer Agreement, as amended.

Please refer to our Customer Agreement for further information. If you have any questions or experience any problems with this message,
please e-mail Customer Support at support@datek.com or call
